Kathleen Mitford, Microsoft’s corporate VP for global industry marketing, describes it as a bridge over the notorious IT/OT gap, the chasm between information technology like spreadsheets and operational technology such as kilns and precision drills.

It’s here, in this space, that the Factory Operations Agent shines, offering manufacturers a way to interpret and act on their vast data reserves.
