If not, you can consider the traits that your spouse displays. Are they traits that you are looking for in a partner?
Some of these characteristics will be easy to find, while others will be harder.
It is hard to change the passion that your spouse has, but you can change the way that you view the relationship.
If the passion that your spouse has is more important to you, you may need to consider that it may not be a strong relationship.
Look at the traits that your spouse has and consider whether they are values that are important to you.
The same can be said about work. Do you want to be a perfectionist?
Do you want to be someone who hates to disappoint anyone?
These things need to be in your own nature. If your job requires a high level of perfectionism, then it will take you longer to achieve success.
