Binge-watching shows
Many people can and do live almost single-handedly through the land of television. Why?
Many people feel that if they can just get past an episode or two, then their life will be ok and if they get past a few episodes, then the rest of the season will be good.
Binge-watching is a form of substance abuse.
A study from the University of Michigan and Yale University, both of which use research to determine what is best for the students they study, found that college students binge watch 22 hours of television a week.
Binge-watching is the same as consuming an entire bottle of alcohol or 3-5 beers in one sitting.
The Harvard Medical School takes binge-watching to another level.
The Harvard study studied individuals who had the habit of viewing 3-5 episodes of a television show in a row and had an alcohol problem.
Their results show that binge-watching, even with the smallest amount of alcohol consumed, makes it much more likely for a person to have an alcohol problem.
If you have the habit of binge-watching shows, then watch them in small segments. Say, watch an episode and then watch one in the morning, or watch another episode and then watch a different one in the evening.
This gives your brain time to process the information and will help you wake up refreshed.

Exercise
Most people have very busy schedules and do not have the time to get in a good workout.
Getting in a workout in the morning or early evening will give your body enough time to get it ready for the day. You should also try and work out at least 5 days per week.
If you can’t do it 5 days in a row, then at least do 2 days.
The key is to keep your body in a state of ketosis. This is when your body is burning fat for fuel instead of glucose.
That is why ketosis is called the fat-burning state. You are trying to burn your body fat and do so through exercise.
Exercise can also increase your level of happiness. When you exercise you give your body a chance to function and get the rest it needs from you.

Start a workout ritual
When you exercise regularly, it will become your daily ritual.
It will become a part of your daily routine, just like brushing your teeth.
That is because you will look forward to it every day, so when you go to bed at night, you will feel tired because of your workout routine.
It is also a good habit to wake up at the same time every day to get your workout in.
Just something small, like having your breakfast when you wake up will make you happy because you get the breakfast your body needs to work out and feel like a million bucks.
